We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Valsad.
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, and contract labour governance, who can contribute to building efficient and compliant HR operations.
🔹 Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Time Office & Attendance Management
• Payroll Processing & Administration
• Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
• Contract Labour Management
🔹 Skill & Experience
• 2–5 years of relevant HR operations experience
• Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance frameworks
• High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
