Job Title : Admin Officer
Job Location : Vapi
Job Specifics :
- In time bill payments of all utilities consumed by factory.
- Co-ordination with all interested parties both internal and external including GIDC, Electricity board, VIA, PF office, ESIC, Etc.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents regularly.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members both inward and outward
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Vehicle management as per company policy
- Maintaining records of Fuel expenses
- Visitors assistance and control
- Co-ordination with Security for safety of people and all company assets
Desired Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in B com/BA/BBA
- Having minimum 2 to 3 years of successful experience of Administrative Work.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Should be able to handle all kind of activities assigned time to time by HR and Management
- Effective communication skills.
