Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Electrical
Position Overview
Responsible for the technical sales and business development of Electrical Panels, Switchboards, Industrial Electrical Projects, and Contracting Services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions, preparing techno-commercial offers, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory and target industries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

Provide technical consultation and support to customers in selecting the most suitable electrical solutions.

Present and demonstrate product features, capabilities, and benefits to prospective customers.

Work closely with the Estimation, Engineering, and Production departments to ensure accurate quotations, technical compliance, efficient order processing, and successful project delivery.

Manage technical discussions throughout the sales cycle and effectively address customer inquiries.

Maintain regular customer engagement to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Continuously update knowledge of the product portfolio and industry trends.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
Qualification : Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Experience : 2–5 years of experience (with experience in Electrical Panels, Switchgear, Industrial Electrical Contracting, Automation, or related electrical industries will be preferred.
Locations : Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, MP, Odisha
